Parents should get her into counseling asap before it messes her up.
Perpetrator needs to be castrated w/o anesthesia and have limbs removed.

shes 11 my 15 year old cousin did it, parents to trapped to do anyhting about it, i made my mom get a counsellors number and call 2x today.. somehting serious needs to be done about the cousin.

I understand where your coming from its a kind of shitty situation because the guy that did it is a family member but you need to handle this shit stat. The longer you wait the harder its going to be she should have been in an emergency room getting a rape kit the moment you found out.

Unfortunately I know how hard the situation can be I volunteered at a victims advocacy center when I was in high school and college. When a family member is the one that does it, its pretty hard for some people to step up because its a conflict but you need to man up. Fuck your cousin because that mother fucker hurt your little sis.

You need to not care about your parents right now and do whats right by your sister. Call the police yourself and have them come out to the house this needs to get taken care of stat! You need to get her checked out by a doctor as soon as possible as well. It looks like your parents arent manning up from what your telling me so your going to have to.

Take the following course of action.
1. Take her to an E.R. or Dr. and explain to them the situation. They will be able to handle it from there and guide you through the process. They usually have some one on staff to help you out.

2. The E.R. is going to either have a counselor there or will be able to get you a counselor it is very important that she speaks to one. They will also call the police for you and address all the legal stuff for you from the hospital.

3. file those fucking charges. if he gets away with this lord knows who else he can do it to or has done it to. I understand that he is only 15 but it isnt right and you need to do right by your sister.

We as older siblings have a responsibility to our younger siblings to look out for them and do what ever we can. To think that some one would violate your younger sister who is only 11 years old makes my blood boil. Your going to have to be a rock for your sister because this is gonna be hard for her. Do what you have to do and push this issue forward get the police involved and get her the medical/psychological attention she needs.

yeah I was thinking the same thing at first but then he mentioned bruising so I assumed there was some kind of physical abuse.

Since this situation revolves around kids, you need to get parents involved. Talk to your parents, and talk to the other kid’s parents.

Your parents feel trapped because it’s family. Fuck that. Not only did he do something wrong, he did it to family. If he’s going to have such little regard for family, why should you?

Get the police involved. Tell your sis to tell a counselor or nurse at school. Tell your sis to go to the police if your parents won’t do it for her.

there are a lot of instances where a girl will decide to have sex, then regret it afterwards..they may give excuses like "I was drunk" or "he took advantage of me".

Not saying that all rape claims are false, but it’s not uncommon for immature college girls to say these things to make themselves feel better.

At the same time you have to think about why the kid was acting in the manner he was. The likelihood that he was abused himself at some point is pretty high.

Sexual abuse is something that just keeps going and going.. its easier to ignore and pretend that it never happened.

My cousin was molested at a young age by a relative who had autism. Nobody wanted to get him in trouble because "he didn’t know better" so she’s been left to deal with it her whole life. The only solace they gave her was that she wouldn’t have to visit him anymore. Fucked up, but sexual abuse is a tough issue to handle especially if family is involved.

Some girls are forced into having sex, many aren’t. In this day and age, girls tend to be as, if not more sexually aggressive than boys.

He probably was… I don’t care. If he needs help he should ask for it. He made the choice to continue the cycle. That never really made sense to me… if you experienced something that horrible why would you want to inflict that pain on somebody else? One would think the opposite would happen. And in some cases it does. I’m sure some abused people have turned out to be excellent councilors/detectives/etc.

In my opinion sex offenders should be castrated at the very least. And I don’t mean for the bullshit "crimes" like public nudity.

i got sent to a mental hospital for 12 days, i got prescribed medicine .

im like 100% sure this happened even though doctors(who havent talked to my sister) say it didnt happen, im sure becasue i am good at analyzing people.

parents still deny it. havent gone to police because im pretty sure they would just send me back to the hospital. ive gotten in numerous fights with parents including a bad one today. im going to try and keep my head down for now, fighting gets nowhere.

id like to be able to come to this thread for support maybe, and def any advice is welcome. thanks guys.

dude you just need to take your sister to the police and let her tell her story and you just tell them str8 up the situation. Tell them you just want them to talk to her and hear her side of the story. You need to make the jump and if they send you back in thats what you have to do for your little sister. Us older brothers came first for a reason and that was to take care of the younger ones.

My girlfriend was molested when she was a child. She doesn’t go around molesting people to deal with her past. Being molested yourself is not an excuse to go molesting other people.

its so hard, i almost went to the police station today but my parents threatened to kick me out and i have nowhere to go. im 90% sure theres covered up blood stains in her room.

my psychiatrist tells me im delusional(she has never seen my sister ever) and thats like the end of it for me i lose a lot of hope.

go to said room, take a picture of where you see the bloodstain, have about 10 people look at the picture and see if they see a bloodstain.

I’m not going to say you are delusional…but I am going to say that if you are have delusions/hallucinations, it would be very hard for you to distinguish between what is real and what is not.
