So I know this might not be the place to ask for advice on this but I hope someone can come up with something. My friend just got a call today from the local courts saying that capital one is taking her to court. She owe’s $2500 but they want to settle for $2000. She needs to have half it in a week which is fucking rediculous and she really cant do that. Does anyone have any advice for her or any tips or any info whatsoever? Thanks for anything in advance.

its not like she’s going to jail or anything for it.
