Dreaming
Is there anything i can take or do to stop dreaming? Anyone
That’s a good question. I’m constantly woken by nightmares. Help anyone?
Sweet, sweet vitamin A.
(alcohol)
Take control of them through Lucid Dreaming. It’s possible to do and quite effective…..you simply need to learn and practice the techniques.
I’ve only been aware that I was ‘in a dream’ twice in my life, it was one of the most chaotic dreams I’ve ever had and I had absolutely no control whatsoever, the second time i positively recall i woke up really violently the moment the dream me realised i was in one. They were really uncomfortable experiences I’m actually quite hesitant to explore the notion I can walk around in a dream and know it is all fiction.
Do you practice it? How have you been able to do it and what is it like?

I haven’t done it for years but back when I did, it was really cool. There were times I realized I was dreaming then woke up, other times I realized I was dreaming but couldn’t do anything different in the dream and then the ones where I got to do anything.
The last kind are fun but when it happens during a nightmare it’s pimp because the dream goes from being scary to calming. I still remember this one time, I was being chased by a big dog that I just knew wanted to eat me. I also knew I couldn’t get away….then POOF, i realized I was dreaming and that I had just seen a show that said we should ask the things in our dreams questions. So I turned to the dog and asked, "Why are you here?"
The dog sat down and then started talking to me. Once I spoke, my fear went away and the dog completely changed its demeanor. I don’t remember what the dog said but it was cool and when I awoke, I remember thinking "wow, that was the perfect solution to some issue I was dealing with."
just some suggestions;
go to sleep early in the night (dont go to sleep after, say, 1am)
sleep long enough (7+ hours)
make sure your day is an active one
and try sleeping in a different environment

Last night i had a dream I think but am not entirely sure i took control of.
It was really odd. it went from being my knowing it was going to end in heartache to being, just, well- boring. wich i suppose is preferable!
I don’t know if i was in a dream, realised it, and took control or if i just had a dream about being in a dream
i want to dream about cool things like that hahaha
"how do you do fido, don’t eat me may i offer you a nice brunch?"
"What ho? delightful! *munch* jolly good dish indeed"
I’ve noticed that when I sleep with the aid of medicine, I have a lot of dreams.
When I fall asleep naturally with no TV on, I sleep just fine.
